e) Impersonate other businesses or entities
f) Use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
g) Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting Content to our Platform, you grant Salons Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content for the purposes of operating and improving our Platform.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and our Content are owned by or licensed to Salons Market. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As a business user, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Platform complies with all applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other

The platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Salons Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salons Market its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:
a) Informal Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
b) Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, the dispute will be mediated by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Salons Market regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Salons Market
